Ford 390ci engine PSL in Fort Pierce, Florida For Sale

Hi I have Ford 390ci engine that I was going to use for a project but don't have the funds anymore, its a great engine, stock 315hp and around 427fpt. It was recently taken apart and put back together new push rods and some new valves, and valve seats have been all cleaned and reseated. Have the original 4 barrel carb and fan clutch,pulleys, A Compressor , air cleaner,and other little things. Needs a thermostat I believe have to see if I have one sitting around and will probably need new spark plugs. And will new need exhaust manifold or headers.
